3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to provide and improve the Platform, process payments to creators, ensure platform security, communicate with you about your account, comply with legal obligations and, where you have consented, send marketing communications.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Platform, your consent (where applicable), and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who assist in operating the Platform (such as Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, and Google or GitHub for optional social sign-in), and where required by law.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
